What is your refund and exchange policy?
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Items must be in new condition, with tag and original packing slip for return.
Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items; and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. We do not provide a return label for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges will only be processed in the event of a damaged or incorrect item. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, all drones come with a warranty. The batteries have a warranty of 6 months, and there is a warranty on the product for 60 days (excluding hardware and water damage).

What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Shipping within the United States costs $4.99 USD per product takes 1-3 business days.
Please note that shipping times are an estimate, however we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
Due to our fast processing and shipping time, we’re unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been made.
Is tracking information provided?
Yes, tracking info will be provided to you once the order is processed, within 2-3 business days.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?
No, we do not accept international orders at this time.
Do I need to register my drone?
You might need to register your drone. Please check with the federal aviation administration agency or equivalent for your country.
In the United States, all drones must be registered, except those that weigh 0.55 pounds or less (less than 250 grams). It’s very easy to do this online. Click here for more info.
